Where is my order?

Due to COVID-19 shipping carriers are overwhelmed and experiencing extreme delays. While all carriers are experiencing delays USPS is has been the hardest hit. At this time we do not recommend shipping your packages via USPS. If your order has shipped, but the tracking information hasn't updated please be patient, USPS is several weeks behind schedule. Once the package has left our facility it is a carrier issue and you need to contact them directly.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, we do no accept returns at this time. If you received your order and the product arrived damaged, please email us within ten days of receiving your order at orders@anneneilsonhome.com.

Where do you ship your products from?

Our fulfillment center is located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

When will my order arrive?

Anne Neilson Home accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are processed Monday–Friday in the order they are received. All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Charlotte, North Carolina. Once an order is placed it is usually processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Please see the UPS zone map below for the approximate transit time. If you need your order by a certain date please make sure you choose the appropriate shipping method. Expedited shipping does not affect the processing time.

Can I expedite my shipping?

Yes, you may choose expedited shipping at checkout. Please be aware shipping speeds are based on carrier transit times only and do not include the time it takes to handle and pack a shipment. Packages are no longer under our control once they have left our facility.

I saw an angel painting in one of Anne‘s books (or other ANH product) Can I order a print of it?

We are unable to accept requests for custom printed angels. All of the prints we offer can be found here. New prints are added several times a year at our discretion and they are announced via social media or email.

Do you sell Anne Neilson's original paintings?

Do Scripture Cards come with a 2 x 1" Acrylic Stand?

No, our Scripture Cards include a 1" acrylic base that allows you to set the scripture card in at an angle. The 2x1 Acrylic Stand is magnetic and allows the card to stand upright.

Are the Angel images on the front of the Scripture Cards the same throughout the set?

No, each scripture card has a different original Angel on it.

What version of the Bible is used for the verses included in your scripture card sets?

All Bible verses used for our scripture cards are NIV version.

How do I place an order for local pickup?

Please choose local pickup instead of one of the shipping options at checkout.

Where do I pickup my order from?

Orders may be picked up at Anne Neilson Fine Art which is located at 532 Governor Morrison Street, Charlotte, NC 28211, in the SouthPark area of Charlotte. If you have any questions about the location they can be reached at 704.496.9181.

How soon after placing my order will it be ready for pickup?

Orders placed Monday—Friday before 3 pm will usually be available for pickup starting at 10 am the following day. Orders placed after 3 pm Friday—Monday at 3 pm will be available for pickup Tuesday morning.

What time can I pickup my order?

Anne Neilson Fine Art is open for pickup Tuesday–Friday, 10 am—5 pm and on Saturdays 11 am—4 pm. 

Why can‘t I place a weekend order for pickup on Monday morning?

Our fulfillment center is closed on the weekends so orders placed after 3 pm on a Friday will be available for pickup Tuesday morning. Anne Neilson Fine Art is also closed on Mondays.

How come I receive an error message or the item says it is out of stock when I add it to my cart?

If an item is unavailable for pickup then it will be shown as out of stock when you try and add it to the cart. 

Can I have part of my order shipped?

It‘s not possible to use two different shipping options for a single order and you will need to place two separate orders.

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Indian Trail, North Carolina. Once an order is placed it is usually processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Please see the UPS zone map below for the approximate transit time.

If you need your order by a certain date please make sure you choose the appropriate shipping method.

My order says it was delivered, but I can't find it!

If the tracking information shows that your package was delivered please check with anyone else that may reside in your household that could have accepted your package. We also suggest that you check with your neighbors since they may be holding your package for you. If you still can not find your package please contact your local carrier to find out where the package was left. If you have tried all of these options please email info@anneneilsonhome.com.

Are the Fine Art Prints listed for sale on your website all of the options available?

Yes, we release fine art prints on a limited basis. What is shown here is reflective of what is currently available. Our retail stores may carry older prints from previous releases no longer available online. Unfortunately we do not know the specific inventory a store may have on hand. Can I purchase a print of an angel painting I viewed at anneneilsonfineart.com?

The angels available for purchase at Anne Neilson Fine Art are original oil paintings and not available as prints.

These cards are the newest addition to our scripture card collection and have been very popular as sympathy gifts and for those going through illness, loss, or difficult times. The A-Z Scripture Card set includes 26 cards with a scripture verse corresponding to each letter of the alphabet. An example scripture: R — Rest, Come to me all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. — Matthew 11:28

What kind of verses are included in the Promise Scripture Card set?

The Promise Scripture Card includes 26 cards with a scripture verse that reminds us of God's truth. corresponding to each letter of the alphabet. An example scripture: The Lord is good, a refuge in times of trouble. He cares for those who trust in Him. — Nahum 1:7

Are the Angel images on the front of the scripture cards the same throughout the set?

No, each card has a different original Angel on it.

What version of the Bible is used for the verses included in your scripture card sets?

The verses used for our scripture cards are based on the NIV version of the Bible.

I received my box of Arise/Pure Notecards and the envelopes do not seal. Is this on purpose?

Yes, the envelopes do not have adhesive on them. If angel stickers (for sealing the envelope) were not included with your order please email info@anneneilsonhome.com to request a pack.
