Shipping Information
All orders are processed Monday-Friday and shipped from our fulfillment center in Charlotte, North Carolina. Once an order is placed it is usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. If you need your order by a certain date please make sure you choose the appropriate shipping method. Expedited shipping does not affect the processing time.
Return Policy
Unfortunately, we do no accept returns at this time. If you received your order and the product arrived damaged, please email us within ten days of receiving your order at orders@anneneilsonhome.com
